Para quem ainda não teve a chance de ler o livro, aqui meu review na Amazon sobre o livro Metronomics: One United System to Grow Up Your Team, Company, and Life, de Shannon Susko.
What I most liked about the book was the Introduction and First Chapter, where Shannon describes her search for an integrated system (and all the reading which that involved), picking up a number of interesting insights on specific subjects, but concluding that there was no integrated system out there, even though some CEO must surely have used one. I went through a similar journey myself, but fortunately found Scaling Up, the 3HAG Way, and finally to bring it all together, Metronomics! Another important point was the observation that no team goes to the Olympics or seeks to win the championship without a coach.”
